The match was more than eventful, with touchdowns coming on the opening four drives. Teams traded blows, entering an open exchange and delivering one very amusing Sunday night event.

We haven’t seen two consecutive scores from one side, yet, the Raiders and the Chiefs were constantly responding to the rival’s previous hits.

Mahomes threw 348 yards without being sacked once, producing two TD passes and suffering one interception. The Chiefs’ top receivers were on fire as well, with Travis Kelce having 8 receptions for 127 yards, and Tyreek Hill 102 on 11 catches. Both of them had a touchdown each.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire rushed 14 times for 69 yards and two scores, while Le’Veon Bell posted his first TD for the Chiefs, having seven reps for 25 yards on the ground.

On the other side, Derek Carr was equally impressive as Mahomes, with 275 yards, 23-for-31, and three TDs and that one pick in the last moments. Nelson Agholor and Darren Waller were his top two targets with 88 receiving yards each, and one TD. Josh Jacobs had a mediocre game for his standards, 17 rushes, 55 yards, and a TD. Jason Witten caught one touchdown pass too.

The Raiders are 6-4 now sitting second in the AFC West, behind the Chiefs, who are 9-1 and are second in the conference. At the moment, Las Vegas holds the last playoff spot in the AFC, and has a two-game road trip ahead. Their first contest will be in Atlanta against the Falcons, and after that in New York vs. Jets. Beating the Falcons would be a massive boost for Jon Gruden’s side.
