UEFA Champions League and Europa League draws were made today in Nyon, Switzerland. We now have the complete path to the finals in both competitions, and we have to say that the fans are about to witness some spectacular soccer.

Champions League draw brought smiles on the faces of Paris Saint-Germain’s supporters, as their team seems to have an open way to the finals.

The Saints meet Atalanta in the quarterfinals, and after that, the better from Atletico Madrid vs. Red Bull Leipzig matchup will stand in their way.

We need to mention though, that the entire competition takes place in Lisbon, Portugal, and that there won’t be a two-game contest, but instead just one.

In the other part of the draw, things are a bit complicated, because clubs there didn’t finish the round of 16 challenges.

What is almost certain is Bayern Munich’s position. The Bavarians sliced Chelsea in London with 3-0, and now await the Blues in Munich for a rematch. It would need a sensation to see them getting eliminated. The winner of this matchup crosses paths with the better from Napoli vs. Barcelona duel.

The first event in Italy ended 1-1, and the odds are on Barca’s side for now.

Meanwhile, Manchester City, who defeated Real in Madrid 1-2, awaits the Los Blancos at Etihad. The better from here would meet the winner of Juventus vs. Lyon pair. The first game in France ended 1-0 for the hosts, who have a nice opportunity to make a big surprise.

Regarding the Europa League, the situation is a bit more complicated there because all the clubs played just one game of the round of 16 stages.

Manchester United’s position is clear as they defeated LASK Linz 5-0 in the first leg, and they are probably through. Their next opponents are the better from FC Copenhagen vs. Istanbul Basaksehir clash. The Turks won the opening event 1-0.

Wolves who played 1-1 against Olympiakos in the first meeting, have a chance to play against the winner of Roma vs. Sevilla pair, which would see just one game. The first hasn’t been played, and UEFA decided that these two sides play only one match.

The tournament will be the same as the one for the Champions League. The only difference is that it takes place in Germany.
