The Seattle Seahawks have re-signed Josh Gordon to a one-year deal, according to reports.
Ian Rapoport reported that the contract could eclipse $1 million for the struggling, but talented Wide Receiver.
Gordon was dealt an indefinite suspension in December for violating the league’s protocols on performance-enhancing substances, as well and substances of abuse. However, Gordon applied for reinstatement in June.

According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com, that process is going well.
Gordon’s current suspension is his sixth since the 2013 season and fifth for some form of substance abuse, according to ESPN Stats and Information.
Seattle claimed the former Pro Bowler in November after being released off injured reserve by the New England Patriots.
Gordon missed the entire 2015 and 2016 seasons as a member of the Cleveland Browns. He was suspended in 2018 for violating terms of his reinstatement.
The former draft pick of the Cleveland Browns, Gordon has played in just 63 games since being selected by the team. In his career, he has caught 247 passes, averaging 17.2 yards per catch, while also totaling 20 touchdowns.
Last season with the Seahawks, Gordon appeared in five games, recording seven receptions and 139 yards.
If reinstated by the league, Seattle will have an interesting offense entering this season. Tyler Lockett, DK Metcalf, and Greg Olsen are all viable WR options for Russell Wilson. Adding in Gordon to that rotation will be a nightmare for opposing defenses.
Earlier this week, Gordon auctioned off his Super Bowl LIII ring that was gifted to him by the New England Patriots. According to sources, the ring fetched $138,000.
Gordon played in 11 games with the Patriots before being suspended by the NFL. New England would go on to win the Super Bowl, defeating the Los Angeles Rams 13-3.
Heritage promoted Gordon’s ring as “the sixth and final Patriots ring of the Brady era.”
The 29-year-old has been apart of three teams in his career. In 2013, Gordon was ranked the number 2 wide receive at his position, and 8th overall in fantasy football.
2013 saw Gordon lead the NFL in receiving yards, en route to his first Pro Bowl appearance. He was also named to the First-team All-Pro in 2013 as well.
Gordon played college football for the Baylor Bears. In 2010, he scored 7 touchdowns and tallied over 700 receiving yards.
