Gonzaga Bulldogs and Baylor Bears are in the NCAA Tournament finals. Zaga defeated UCLA with Jalen Suggs’ ridiculous buzzer-beating three, while Baylor rolled over Houston Cougars.

Gonzaga took down the Bruins, 93-90, with Suggs taking the ball at 3.3 seconds to go, making three dribbles before firing a three after just a few steps into the opposite half. The rest is history, as he sunk one of the biggest shots in college basketball history.

It allowed the Zags to reach the finals, and keep their record perfect, and they now have a chance to win the championship trophy without a single loss, being the only team since the Indiana Hoosiers in 1976 to do so.
UCLA was fighting until its last breath, and the Bruins were just one of few teams to push the Bulldogs to the brink. No.11 seed was once again relentless and stubborn, which is why they reached the Final Four in the first place.
Johnny Juzand was once again superb, with 29 points and six boards, shooting 12-for-18 from the field. The 20-year old guard had a marvelous year, especially the sequence at the tournament. Jaime Jaquez Jr. added 19, and Tyger Campbell 17 points with 7 assists. Cody Riley posted a double-double with 14 points and 10 boards.
Drew Timme dropped 25 for the winners, 11-for-15 from the floor, Joel Ayayi had 22, while Suggs scored 16 buckets with six assists and five boards. Corey Kispert ended the night with 15 points.
Baylor Bears didn’t allow any drama in their match against the Houston Cougars, beating the No.2 seed, 78-59. Everything was pretty much over at the halftime, with the Bears leading 45-20, smashing and bashing Houston, whose only bright spot was Marcus Sasser. He scored 17 of the team’s 20 points in that period. Believe it or not, the rest of the Cougars’ team was 1-for-15 from the field in the opening 20 minutes.
Sasser ended the night with 20 points, and four boards. He, too, would deflate in the second half. Quentin Grimes added 13 for Houston.
On the other side, Jared Butler had a team-high 17 points, hitting four threes in five attempts, with five boards and four assists. Davion Mitchell posted a double-double with 12 points and 11 assists, and Matthew Mayer scored the same number of points off the bench in 19 minutes of play.
