KD posted a triple-double with 49 points, 17 boards, and 10 assists, destroying the Milwaukee Bucks. His nets won 114-108, taking back the edge in the series and restoring the lead at 3-2. What makes KD’s night even greater is that he didn’t miss a single second of the match, playing 48 minutes.

Durant made 16 of his 23 shots from the field, hit four threes in nine attempts, and 13 free throws in 16 trips to the foul line. All of his 17 boards were in defense, and he managed to have three steals and two blocks as well, to complete his magnificent night.

The Nets would eventually rally back after trailing until the early part of the fourth period. Their deficit was almost constantly in double-digit area, with the highest being 17 points with 7:46 inside left in the third, once Jrue Holiday hit a three for 71-54.

James Harden wanted to play even though he wasn’t 100% ready, and the Beard was on the court in all but two minutes, though having one of his worst shooting nights in the entire career. The fantastic point guard scored 5 points, shooting 1-for-10 from the field and missing all eight threes. However, Harden added 8 assists and six boards.

Jeff Green was the man who surprised the Bucks tonight, with 27 points off the bench and seven three-pointers in eight shots from downtown. Green was unstoppable for the guests who apparently didn’t count on him to explode.

Blake Griffin ended the game with 17 points, and Landy Shamet had 9.

With the Bucks, Giannis scored 34 buckets and had 12 boards. Khris Middleton added 25, but with not such a great shooting night, 8-for-22, 3-for-10 behind the arc. Middleton did have five assists and four boards, but overall, his performance wasn’t at the needed level.

Jrue Holiday delivered 19 points and eight boards, and Brook Lopez scored 15 with six boards.

PJ Tucker couldn’t keep up with Durant, and all of his defensive efforts didn’t even slow down the Nets’ primary weapon, which is the main reason for this loss.
